Meet IBA

Lisa Ziemer

Lisa is IBA's CEO. As a native German she came to Florida for the first time at age 16 as a high school exchange student. Working and living in different countries is her passion. She does so whenever possible and has travelled the world extensively during her university education.

Lisa graduated from St Andrews University in Scotland (M.A. in Social Anthropology and Spanish), the London School of Economics- LSE (M.Sc. in Global Media and Communications) as well as Fudan University in Shanghai, China (M.A. in Global Communications). She also spent semesters in Spain, Russia and South America.

After working as the Head of Marketing and Public Relations at University of Applied Sciences Trier for more than five years, Lisa decided to embark on a new adventure and found IBA Technology Consultants UG in Germany as well as International Business Apps LLC in Florida.

At IBA Lisa is responsible for CRM, marketing campaigns, internationalization and innovation.

Harald Münzel

Harald - or Harry as he is called by most people - is our CTO. He holds a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Applied Computer Science from Trier University of Applied Sciences and spent a semester in South Carolina.

Prior to starting his own venture together with Lisa, he worked in Healthcare Software Development for eight years.

Harald is curious about learning new things, which is why he is currently enrolled in Philosophy as well as Business Informatics and Security courses at a German university.

At IBA he is responsible for Software Development, Operations as well as of Technology and Innovation Management.

Patricio Calderón

Patricio is our CSO. Born in Santiago, Chile, Patricio received his Bachelor's Degree in Visual Arts from Southern Cross University in Australia and studied ceramics at the Escuela de Artes del Fuego in Chile. Patricio's interest in environmental building practices led to further coursework at the California Institute of Earth Art and Architecture and an Associate's Degree in Building Studies from Chile's Departamento Universitario Obrero Campesino.

Patricio learned the ropes of being a small business owner when he built and operated his own plant and garden shop in Chile. Most recently, this enthusiastic artist and environmentalist completed the Web Development Immersive at General Assembly in New York City. Fluent in both Spanish and English, Patricio prefers walking to cars, real books to e-books, and tofu to meat. In 2016, Patricio traded the mountains of Chile for the man-made mountains of condominiums framing the landscape of his new home of Palm Beach County, Florida, where he lives with his wife and son.

At IBA he is responsible for sales and marketing, design and customer relations with our Spanish-speaking clients.
